For the first time in more than 8 years, the International Maternal and Newborn Health Conference (IMNHC) 2023 brought together the maternal and newborn health communities in Cape Town, South Africa, from May 8-11, 2023. More than 1,500 stakeholders from around the world came together to lead urgent action, to improve maternal and newborn survival and prevent stillbirths, to accelerate solutions by building on evidence, sharing effective implementation strategies, reviewing joint progress, and encouraging collaboration and innovation.
